We call these workouts PACE (Parkinson’s Aerobic Chair Exercise). All the elements of Parkinson’s specific exercise but low impact and useful if you have balance problems.

A circuit of 6 exercises repeated 5 times to give you 30 minutes of Parkinson’s specific exercise.
