Get Started is everything you need if you want to use exercise to take control of your Parkinson’s. It is an online workout plan which is prescribed by expert physiotherapists to gradually build in intensity and duration over 12 weeks to until you are able to exercise at the optimum dose.
You have the freedom to schedule your workouts at a time that suits you using your own personal dashboard within the Reach Your Peak Online Clinic which you can access via our app or on your desktop/laptop giving access to experts whenever you need it.
This 12 week course is made up of 12 pre-recorded Parkinson’s High Intensity Interval Training (PHIIT) routines which you can follow online, on-demand at a time that suits you.
You get a new PHIIT routine each week and we want you to repeat it five times per week. You also get a new stretch routine each week which you should complete twice a week.
Each new PHIIT routine builds in complexity, intensity and duration so by the end of the course you are able to exercise for 30 minutes, 5x a week at high intensity. This is the optimal dose to trigger all the neurophysiological responses which will help your brain.
Whenever suits you! The workouts are uploaded every Monday so you won’t have to wait long for the next course to start.

Being a member of the Reach Your Peak online clinic not only means that you are guaranteed to be doing the right exercise for your Parkinson’s, you will also have access to Maria and Sally 7 days a week to answer any personal questions you have. You will have the opportunity to meet other people exercising effectively for their Parkinson’s and chat to the using the message group or at our monthly ‘Coffee & Chat’ session. We also run a monthly guest speaker event to which you will have a priority invite.
