Your workouts are scheduled in your customisable dashboard which you can access via our app. We keep an eye on your progress and you can contact us at any time if you need help or advice.
You also have the option of engaging with our community events in the form of live classes, guest speaker events and coffee & chats.
The Reach Your Peak Hub is an online, on-demand service where you can find tutorials and Parkinson’s specific exercise routines.
The Hub is home to our Free Exercise Academy where you can learn everything you need to know about Parkinson’s specific exercise as well as a wide selection of workouts to follow at a time that suits you.
You have the option to subscribe to The Hub for regular access to a growing library of workouts or to pay as you go for workouts on demand.
Chartered Physiotherapists Maria Lewis and Sally Tawhai launched Reach Your Peak in 2016. Understanding that exercise is a vital part of Parkinson’s treatment, they wanted to empower people with Parkinson’s to be their own expert and allow them to exercise at a time and place that suits them. Their aim in setting up the virtual clinic was to create an online community to help people live well with Parkinson’s.
